By accessing or purchasing services from CoachVinayTomar - Fitness & Nutrition Consulting through coachvinaytomar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Offered

CoachVinayTomar - Fitness & Nutrition Consulting provides online fitness and nutrition coaching services using the Medicine 3.0 approach. Services are digital in nature and delivered online.

• Coaching delivered via WhatsApp, voice calls, and video calls
• Three coaching tiers: Discover, Pathfinder, and Transform
• Available for Individual, Partner, and Family groups
• Duration options: 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 52 weeks
• Service delivery begins within 48 hours of payment confirmation

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway, Razorpay and PayPal. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before coaching services commence. We accept UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to vinay@coachvinaytomar.com before the coaching plan is delivered. Once a personalised plan has been shared with the client, the service is considered delivered and cancellation is not applicable for that period.

• Cancellation before plan delivery: eligible for refund consideration
• Cancellation after plan delivery: not applicable
• Cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of payment

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy page. In summary: refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no plan has been delivered. Once the coaching plan is delivered, refunds are not available for that period.

7. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, the client will be contacted within 48 hours to begin the onboarding process. Personalised coaching plans are delivered within 3–5 business days of onboarding completion.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Coaching services are advisory in nature and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition programme.

9. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, plans, and content are the intellectual property of CoachVinayTomar - Fitness & Nutrition Consulting and are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoachVinayTomar - Fitness & Nutrition Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current coaching period.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through direct communication at vinay@coachvinaytomar.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
