Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Nature of Service

CoachVinayTomar - Fitness & Nutrition Consulting provides online fitness and nutrition coaching. All services are digital in nature. Service delivery commences within 48 hours of payment and personalised plans are delivered within 3–5 business days of onboarding.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation under the following conditions:

• Cancellation request submitted within 14 days of payment via email
• No personalised coaching plan has been delivered yet
• Request submitted to: vinay@coachvinaytomar.com with subject "Cancellation Request"

Once the coaching plan has been delivered, cancellation is not applicable for that coaching period as the service has been rendered.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of payment
• No personalised plan has been delivered
• Written request submitted to vinay@coachvinaytomar.com

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Client chose not to follow the programme after plan delivery
• Client did not achieve desired results due to non-adherence
• Change of mind after coaching plan has been delivered
• Failure to attend scheduled calls or check-ins
• Request made after 14 days of payment

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, a partial refund for unused weeks may be considered at the coach's discretion with supporting documentation.

• Include: payment receipt, reason, and date of payment
• Response within: 48 hours
• Refund processing: 7–10 business days
• Refund method: original payment source
